This Privacy Policy explains how MainBridge (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account and Contact Data: name, email, phone number, property code, password hashes, and organization details.
- Service and Billing Data: schedules, work orders, job history, invoices, payments, balances, documents you upload or receive.
- Communications: messages, requests, support interactions, and any attachments you send.
- Device and Technical Data: device identifiers, operating system, app version, IP address, crash reports, diagnostics, and usage analytics.
- Push Notifications: device push tokens to deliver alerts you enable.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate access.
- To deliver app features: scheduling, messaging, documents, invoices, payments, and notifications.
- To provide support, respond to requests, and improve service quality.
- To secure the service, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To generate aggregated, non-identifying analytics to improve performance and reliability.
Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: vendors that host data, deliver push notifications, provide analytics, crash reporting, or payment-related services under contract.
- Your Organization: authorized administrators of your property or company may see data relevant to their operations (e.g., schedules, jobs, invoices, messages).
- Legal and Safety: to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety of users, us, or others.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized subject to applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is fully secure; please use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access, Update, Delete: request access to or deletion of your data, or correct inaccuracies, subject to contractual and legal limits.
- Notifications: manage push notifications in the app or your device settings.
- California/US State Rights: where applicable, you may request details on data we collect, request deletion, and be free from retaliation for exercising rights. We do not sell personal data.
Children’s Privacy
MainBridge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to remove it.
International Use
Data may be processed in the United States. By using the service, you consent to transfer and processing consistent with this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
